Our story
Meet Kim, our owner
Lovely Nails 2 is owned by Kim, who has been doing nails in the Winter Haven area for over two decades. In that time she has cared for thousands of hands and feet, and many of her clients have been coming back for years.
Kim built Lovely Nails 2 to be the kind of salon she'd want to visit: a place where you're greeted by name, the stations are spotless, and nobody hurries you out of the pedicure chair.
Today the team handles everything from a quick polish change to a full set with hand-painted art, plus eyelash extensions. Plenty of clients bring their mom, their daughter, their best friend or their husband along.

Questions we hear a lot
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome whenever a technician is free. For lash extensions, nail art sets and weekend visits, booking ahead guarantees your spot.
How long does a gel manicure last?
Most clients get two to three weeks of wear. Avoid picking at the edges and use cuticle oil daily to keep it looking fresh.
What's the difference between gel, dip and acrylic?
Gel is painted on and cured under LED light. Dip is a powder system that needs no light. Acrylic builds strength and length on top of your natural nail. We'll recommend what suits your nails and lifestyle.
How do you keep tools clean?
Metal implements are cleaned and disinfected between every client, files and buffers are single-use, and pedicure tubs are scrubbed and disinfected after each service.
Do eyelash extensions damage natural lashes?
Not when they're applied correctly. We isolate each natural lash and choose a length and weight your lashes can comfortably hold.
Do you offer services for men?
Absolutely. Our Man Sport Regular ($36) and Man Sport Deluxe ($46) pedicures are made for men, and every manicure is available with a clean, no-color finish.

What's the difference between the Regular and Relax manicure?
Both include shaping, cuticle care and polish. The Relax Manicure adds a paraffin hot wax treatment that softens dry hands and cuticles.
How long does shellac gel last?
Most clients get about two weeks or more of glossy, chip-free wear. Daily cuticle oil helps it last longer.
Can men get a manicure?
Of course. Any manicure can be done with a clean, natural finish and no color.

Which deluxe pedicure should I choose?
All of our $41 deluxe pedicures include a scrub, massage, callous treatment and paraffin hot wax. Pick by scent: tangerine (Signature), mixed berry (Very Berry) or white tea (Orange White Tea). The 4 step Pedicure in the Box lets you choose from six scents.
What is the $1 pedicure kit?
Every pedicure uses a fresh, single-use kit so nothing that touched another client's feet touches yours.
Do you have pedicures for men?
Yes. The Man Sport Regular ($36) and Man Sport Deluxe ($46) pedicures are made for men.
Should I shave before a pedicure?
It's best not to shave your legs for 24 hours before a pedicure. It helps avoid stinging from scrubs.
